Overview Omni Electrical Constructors, Inc. was first incorporated in 1993 as a Virginia S-Corporation in Lynchburg, VA. Omni realized sales of $270,000.00 in its first year of operation. Sales first topped $1 Million in 1994 and had soared to over $7 Million by 1997. In 1998 Omni won the Virginia Fantastic 50 award for being the fastest growing private company in the state. Omni also placed 24th the following year. Omni’s primary focus is on industrial electrical and instrumentation construction and maintenance.
